whats the difference except that you need to discard something for quick ball?

nest ball puts it on the bench, quick ball does not, good for mad party

Quick ball puts the card in your hand while nest ball puts it on bench

Abilities of pokemon that require to be put on the bench from the hand, can not be played with nest ball or vip passes, for example Lumineon V, Crobat V or Pumpkaboo.
