Search filters not working as intended

Trying to search Pokemon by HP to see what's best compatible with Buddy-Buddy Poffin, but filtering by card type Pokemon, sort by HP, and keyword "Ability" seems to only bring up Pokemon with 80+ HP.

This doesn't seem right. A raw search by HP, descending order, quickly demonstrates more available options. Am I missing something obvious, or are the filter functions bugged?
