This is newest Palkia VSTAR based list. Vulpix VSTAR Silvery Snow Star attack can be used as a devasting VSTAR move before counting choice belt and it's main attack gives damage immunity against any pokemon with abilities this includes Charizard EX, Miraidon, Radiant Charizard, Radiant Greninja and Regieleki VMAX and even Gardevoir EX
Roaring Moon is a good extra attacker with Emergency Jelly to keep it alive after killing any heavy EX pokemon with above 300 range HP such as Iron Hands.
