Special holo or misprint?

Hello, so a while back I pulled a holographic Decidueye card from a Shining Fates pack. I pulled it myself so I know 100% certain that it's not a fake card, but the holographic effect doesn't only apply to the image but also partly to the rest of the card. I have no idea whether this is intended but i couldn't find anything about it online making me wonder whether it may have been a misprint and whether that makes my card more or less useful. Does anyone know more about this?
Edit: I noticed many of my cards with this type of holographic effect show this to some extent so I assume it's intentional, still pretty cool
that decidueye looks pretty good lol
