Super Fast Raging Bolt Deck with a Forretress Ex setup. Use Forretress ex's ability to attach up to 5 grass energy to any of your pokemon, then it will KO itself. Your opponent will take 2 prize cards, but, your Sandy Shocks ex ability will be active and can attach energies from the discard pile. You essentially add 350 damage onboard with Forretress ex and up to another 210 (Each Turn) with Sandy Shocks ex. This setup also allows you to instantly Counter Catcher whichever pokemon is being built up by the opponent.
