This deck leverages a lot of Pokemon attacks with Double Colorless Energies to ramp quickly and hit hard.
Misty's Tentacruel and Misty's Poliwhirl are the main fighters of the deck, Tentacruel harrying with conditions and some damage and being slippery with it's Pokemon Power Flee, and Poliwhirl hitting for a ton of damage with Water Punch that doesn't have a cap on how many coins you can flip with more energies attached.
Light Azumarill can help get a bunch of energies onto another Pokemon with Bubble Jump, and Cleffa and Kangaskhan are there for card draw/cycle to get things setup as early as possible.
