Basically a theme deck, I run something very similar and it's a lot of fun.
There are lots of combos you can pull for this deck. The main one, of course, is to do the Luxray's Raid attack as many times as possible because it's funny. Scoop-up Net is good for this, as well as for reusing the Yamper. The heavy count of Electrode is for the Orb Collecter, which doesn't specify what type of energy you can search for, so you can get the Speed Energy and attach them to things for extra draw power, including the Electrode so that you can use it as a temporary attacker.
Theres also the Hydreigon in the deck. This version is a copy I've had for a long time and have used in many combo decks. However, I've never used its ability more than in this deck. It can be surprisingly useful because you can use it to clear your bench. Getting rid of Yampers and Electrodes is something you'll want to actively attempt because it thins your deck and also puts the mons in your discard pile. A really fun finisher to a game is to play Spiritomb to the bench, attach for turn, Dark Patch, and retreat or scoop the active and pull a Dripping Grudge for 170 damage. There are other combos, such as Peeking+Oleana+Dark Destruction w/ energy discard. This can put anyone at a disadvantage. You could also swap the order and do Oleana first, to reduce hand size, or Peeking first to make sure there's a trainer or for disruption.
