The main goal of this deck is to control every card drawn, such that nothing is random or unexpected, but rather controlled for every turn.
To do this successfully, Seismatoad and Wyrdeer are the main starting points which setup each subsequent turn for drawing the cards needed.
Once the board is setup, find and draw all your energy cards and use Flygon to fire off rainbow shower and place all energies out. At this point, the bench should be filled with strong pokemen and have some damage counters on them.
With a playmat filled with energy laden, damaged pokemon -> Tremulous Fist and Reverse Shoulder Throw will likely put out more raw damage than most V/VMax opponents health.
And of course 2 hits from Kyogre are devastating.
This is iteration/version 1 - it was built with cards I physically own so I've been testing it against other decks. I'm looking forward to tweaking this to create a deck that really does allow for setting up situations where you have total control over the cards you draw and being able to draw more than 4-5 cards you need turn after turn.
