The deck concept here is to get a Pidgeot (the Hurricane variety) up and running early and keep your opponent on their back foot to slow their energy attachment ramp by resetting it back into their hands.
Then hopefully you get an Aerodactyl shortly afterward, in order to prevent your opponent from evolving the basics that they would play from their hand onto the bench.
Since they'll be playing Pokemon from their hand a lot, have a Rocket's Minefield Gym to potentially chip 20dmg onto them, and if they don't take that damage, they'll have 0 damage on them and a low total health pool which means Erika's Jigglypuff can crank 40dmg for 2 energy with a Pulled Punch opening salvo against them which should be a good portion of their total health pool unless it's a basic with a large health pool like Lapras/Kangaskhan/Chansey etc, but those typically aren't a huge threat anyway, and the other variety of Pidgeot should be able to go toe-to-toe with them with the help of some Gold Berries.
