The Nightly Garbage Runs are key to the core strategy to recycle dead Zubats back into the deck to pull them back out with Group Attacks.
Use Double Gusts to pull out high-priority enemies and drop them before they become a threat, but also use it to shed conditions and then Retreat if you want to put the same Pokemon back out for free, since 93% of the Pokemon in this deck have 0 Retreat cost.
Energy Removals to slow your opponent down early game, and a small Aerodactyl package to prevent them from getting larger health pools going so they're less likely to survive Group Attacks.
