Pokemon officially revealed the new Gym Promo Card which will be released on July 28, 2023, alongside 1 new set SV3, "Ruler of the Black Flame". These cards will be obtainable by participating in Pokemon Card Gym Battle in Japan where you can obtain a Gym Promo Pack with 1 card inside it. Along the list, you can find new cards such as Scovillain ex, Moonlight Hill, and Revavroom.

C - Spicy Bind
Your opponent’s Active Pokémon is now Burned. The Defending Pokémon can’t retreat during your opponent’s next turn.
GG - Two-Head Crash 140
Discard a random card from your opponent’s hand and the top card of your opponent’s deck.
Moonlight Hill

Once during each player’s turn, that play may discard a Basic Psychic Energy from their hand. If they do, they may heal 30 damage from each of their Pokémon.

This Pokémon does 10 damage to itself.

Search your deck for up to 2 basic Energy cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

This attack does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy from your opponent’s Active Pokémon.
CCC - Fuse Tackle 70+
If you have more cards in your hand than your opponent, this attack does 80 more damage.
You also get the chance to obtain a full-foil Grusha card if you win the Gym Battle or in the rock-paper-scissor tournament.

Draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. If none of your Pokémon have any Energy attached, draw cards until you have 7 cards in your hand instead.
What do you guys think of these cards? I think Moonlight Hill will be a game-changer in some decks, especially Gardevoir ex. Scovillain ex can also be a great disruptive Pokemon because you can easily mill your opponent while also dealing damage. Other than that, I think the other cards are a bit underwhelming or just a different artwork from the regular card. I really hope we get to see more interesting Gym promo cards in the future.
