Pokemon officially revealed the new Gym Promo Card which will be released on April 26, 2023, alongside their new set SV6 ‘Mask of Change’. These cards will be obtainable by participating in Pokemon Card Gym Battle in Japan where you can obtain a Gym Promo Pack with 1 card inside it. Along the list, you can find new cards such as Kilowattrel ex and Scrafty evolution line.

Kilowattrel ex
L - Return Charge
Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Then, attach up to 2 Basic Lightning Energy from your hand to this Pokémon.
CC - Thunder Lance 40+
This attack does 40 more damage for each Lightning Energy attached to this Pokémon.
Scrafty
C - Snatch
For each of your Benched Pokémon, search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
DCC - High Jump Kick 100
Scraggy
D - Kick Shot 30
Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.
Roto Stick
Item
Look at the top 4 cards of your deck. You may reveal any number of Supporter cards you find there and put them into your hand. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck.
