Pokemon Japan officially revealed the upcoming set with the SV3a code and named, ‘Raging Surf’ which will be released on September 22, 2023, at 180 yen/booster pack. This set will only have 62 cards featuring Garchomp ex with Water Tera-type and Froslass ex with Grass Tera-type. This time, Pokemon Japan officially revealed Garchomp ex, Froslass ex, and many more cards during the Worlds 2023 live stream.

F - Hydro Lander 160
Attach up to 3 Fighting Energy from your discard pile to your Benched Pokemon in any way you like.
CC - Sonic Dive
Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 120 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Discard an Energy from this Pokémon.

Froslass ex
Ability - Out of Reach
When this Pokémon is in the Active Spot and is Knocked Out, flip a coin. If heads, your opponent takes 1 less Prize card for that Knock Out.

This attack does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon.

If your opponent’s Active Pokémon is a Fighting Pokémon, this attack does 30 more damage.
