Multiple Paradox Pokemon and Many More Cards Revealed from SV5K ‘Wild Force & SV5M ‘Cyber Judge So many new cards revealed!

 

During their Champions League live stream, Pokemon Card Game Japan revealed multiple cards including Gouging Fire ex, Iron Leaves ex, Iron Thorns, Flutter Mane, and many more. These cards will be part of the upcoming SV5K ‘Wild Force' and SV5M ‘Cyber Judge’ which will be released on January 26, 2024.  In these sets, Pokemon continue to introduce more Paradox Pokemon including the ones from the latest Video Game DLC, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. 

 

Here are all the cards that have been revealed today:

SV5K ‘Wild Force’


Gouging Fire ex

RC - Heat Blast 60 

 

RRC - Exploding Flare 260 

This Pokémon can't use Exploding Flare again until it leaves the Active Spot.


Walking Wake ex

Ability - Cerulean Pulse

Damage from this Pokémon's attacks is not affected by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon. 

 

WCC - Catharsis Roar 120+ 

If your opponent's Active Pokémon is affected by any Special Condition, this attack does 120 more damage.


Raging Bolt ex

C - Bursting Roar 

Discard your hand and draw 6 cards. 

 

LF - Extreme Ascent 70x 

You may discard any amount of Basic Energy attached to your Pokémon in play. This attack does 70 damage for each card your discarded this way.


Flutter Mane

Ability - Fluttering Dusk

As long as this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, your opponent's Active Pokémon has no Abilities, except for Fluttering Dusk. 

 

CCC - Flying Curse 90 

Put 2 damage counters on your opponent's Benched Pokémon in any way you like.


Explorer’s Foray

Supporter

Look at the top 6 cards of your deck and put 2 of them into your hand. Discard the other cards.


SV5M ‘Cyber Judge’


Iron Leaves ex

Ability - Rapid Vernier

Once during your turn, when you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench, you may switch this Pokémon with your Active Pokémon. If you do, you may move any number of Energy from your Benched Pokémon to this Pokémon.

 

GGC - Prismatic Edge 180

During your next turn, this Pokémon can’t attack.


Iron Crown ex

Ability - Cobalt Commander 

Your Future Pokemon’s attacks (excluding any Iron Crown ex) deal 20 more damage to your opponent's Active. 

 

PCC - Twin Shotels 

This attack does 50 damage to 2 of your opponent's Pokemon, ignoring Weakness, Resistance, or any effects on the defending Pokemon.


Iron Boulder ex

FC - Repulsor Axe 60

If this Pokémon takes damage from an attack during your opponent's next turn, put 8 damage counters on the attacking Pokémon. 

 

FFC - Power Stamp 200 

Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon.


Iron Thorn

LC - Destropress 70x 

Reveal the top 5 cards of your deck. This attack does 70 damage for each Future card you find there. Discard the Future cards you revealed this way, and shuffle the other cards back into your deck. 

 

LLLC - Megaton Lariat 140


Cryptomaniac’s Deciphering

Supporter

Search your deck for 2 cards, shuffle your deck, then put those cards on top of it in any order.


What do you guys think of these cards? These are so cool and some of the cards even have a great potential to be of the top-tier contenders. However, we don’t see more ACE SPEC cards being revealed which is quite sad. But for a sneak peek, Pokemon also revealed the ACE SPEC Master Ball for their new Koraidon ex/Miraidon ex Start Deck.
