Pokemon Card Game Japan officially revealed Full-Art Blastoise ex and Machoke Art Rare in their unboxing video of the upcoming SV2a ‘Pokemon Card 151’ set. This set will be released on June 16, 2023, with a price tag of 290 yen/booster pack with 7 cards inside.
With the release of this set, Pokémon debuted several new Pokémon ex, including Mew ex, Alakazam ex, and the original Kanto starters, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Additionally, as each card number corresponds to their Pokedex number, we will see every Generation 1 Pokémon here.
We can also see in the video the pull rate of this set, where you will get 3 Art Rare cards, 4 regular Pokemon ex, and 1 (or more) Secret Rare card.

Blastoise ex SR/Full-Art
Ability - Hard Shell
This Pokémon takes 30 less damage from attacks.
WW - Twin Cannon 140x
Discard up to 2 Basic Water Emergy from your hand. This attack does 140 damage for each card discarded this way.
Machoke AR/Art Rare
FF - Mountain Jab 50
Discard the top card of your opponent's deck.
What do you guys think of these cards? That Machoke is so cute helping a person move in. It really is mindblowing how fantastic this set is because there are so many Art Rare and Special Art Rare cards to chase! I really hope I can collect them all once the set is released.
