Europe International Championship 2022 Result! The bear takes the win to make a back-to-back!

Europe International Championship 2022 just ended and the results are pretty shocking. The tournament was held on April 22-24, 2022 in Frankfurt, Germany. As you guys may know, the current champion, Gustavo Wada, is a back-to-back champion from the EUIC 2019. It is a very great accomplishment for him to defend the title with a very great deck. But, not only the champion who is great, the finalist, Frank Percic, surprise the whole participant by bringing Whimsicott VSTAR to the final!

What do you guys think of the deck? It is a bit of a surprise that no Arceus VSTAR is in sight of the top 8 spots. I think many people are trying to counter it as much as they can while also bringing Galarian Moltres V/non-V to counter Mew VMAX as well. As for Whimsicott VSTAR, many people are underestimating this card because of what it can do. But once Whimsicott VSTAR is online, many decks will be struggling because of how much energy disruption Whimsicott VSTAR can produce.
