As a part of the next Set, Paldea Evolved, Pokémon has officially released Chien-Pao ex Special Illustration Rare, Dendra Special Illustration Rare, Noivern ex, Wattrel, and Boss's Orders which will be made available on June 9, 2023. It will have more than 190 cards, including Iono, Chien-Pao ex, and Ting-Lu ex. Additionally, this set will include Illustration Rare cards for a few of the Trainer and Pokémon cards.

Chien-Pao ex

Ability - Shivery Chill

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may search your deck for up to 2 Basic Water Energy cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

 

WW - Hail Blade 60x

You may discard any amount of Water Energy from your Pokémon. This attack does 60 damage for each card you discarded in this way.

Dendra

Supporter

Put a card from your hand on the bottom of your deck. If you do, draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. (If you have no other cards in your hand, you can’t use this card.)

Noivern ex

CC - Covert Flight 70

During your opponent’s next turn, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks from Basic Pokémon.

 

PC - Dominating Echo 140

During your opponent’s next turn, they can’t play any Special Energy or Stadium cards from their hand.

Wattrel

C - Peck 10

If this Pokémon has 3 or more Metal Energy attached, it gets +100 HP.

 

CC - United Wings 20x

This attack does 20 damage for each Pokemon in your discard pile that has the United Wings attack.

Switch in 1 of your opponent;’s Benched Pokémon to the Active Spot.

What do you guys think of these cards? People definitely going to be chasing the Chien-Pao ex and Dendra Special Illustration Rare cards because of how good-looking that card is. Also, in terms of playability, Chien-Pao ex can be one of the viable Pokemon options in this set. On the other hand, if you want to play for fun, Noivern ex and Wattrel can be an easy answer for that where Wattrel has gameplay quite similar to ‘Mad Party’.
