Another Arceus VSTAR deck wins the event. But this time, instead of using the Inteleon engine, Cinccino is the choice for Philip to win the regionals! It is quite a rare sight to see Arceus VSTAR utilize the Cinccino engine to this extent by winning the regional. This is a sign that even with the earliest Sword Shield engine, you can still win an event even if you are facing the most sophisticated Inteleon engine or the aggressive Mew VMAX.
