Bug with Professor's Research and Boss' Orders

Couldn't find a "Report a Bug" feature on the site, so I thought I'd post my problem here.
When creating a deck, I am able to add copies of Professor's Research and Boss' Orders to it just fine. But when I try to remove copies of them from my deck, it won't let me. This problem happens when I am editing a deck that has already been submitted. This problem is exclusive to Professor's Research and Boss' Orders as I am able to remove copies of other cards from my deck just fine. This may or may not matter, but I was having this issue with the Professor Juniper and Giovanni versions of these cards. My guess is the issue is linked with the coding that restricts you from adding more than 4 copies of any versions of these cards.
