Someone please rate my deck

I'm having trouble thinking if this deck is good or not, I definitely want a deck like this where its a build up for xerneas and gardevoir but i dont think i exicuted it perfectly. If you have any suggestions please tell me what i should change about this deck (I will probably move this deck to IRL in the future

It's very outdated for the modern metagame. I assume this is for Expanded. You should look into staples for Expanded and try to incorporate more of those cards. Gardevoir GX could be an interesting card for Fairy.
