Upload Profile Image Error

Hello!
I'm signed in and trying to update my Profile Image and I'm getting the error, " There was a problem uploading your profile picture. Max file dimensions is 400px x 400px, 1mb and must be a jpg or png file."
The image I'm trying to upload is only 18.3KB, and the dimensions are 254px x177px, and it's a jpg.

I've tried with several different images and I get the same error every time.
Please let me know if I should try something else, thanks!
I tried uploading the same image again with no luck and got an error about "files can only be .jpg .jpeg or .png", and on a whim I changed the image file name to lowercase ".jpg" extension and it accepted it haha.
Hope this helps anyone else struggling with the same issue!
