First thing you should work towards is getting your Brute Bonnet (Paradox Rift) onto the bench with Ancient Booster Energy Capsule (Temporal Forces) equipped to it. A great way to do this is by using Arven (Obsidian Flames), he will let you search out a nest or ultra ball to get out your Brute Bonnet while also grabbing that capsule. You have some poison enhancing cards like Perilous Jungle (Temporal Forces) and Radiant Hisuian Sneasler (Lost Origin). Walking Wake ex (Temporal Forces) is going to be your main attacker dealing 240 while also stacking the poison on top of that so you are packing quite the punch on offensive. This is a fast paced ramping deck, only thing this deck struggles with is energy attachment but works well against even the top decks! Feel free to leave feedback.
