Turbo Machamp VMAX
Deck Primer
Deck I am playtesting out right now in preparation for the release of Lost Origins.
Has a tough time against Mew VMAX, LunaSol, and Regi's but other than that, it performs very well. Usually is able to set up by turn 2 and is able to hit with either Revenge Buster or G-Max Chi Strike for upwards of 300 damage turn 2.
Gengar in the list is a replacement for the one being released in Lost Origins:
Ability: Creeping Back
Once during your turn, you may put this card from your discard pile onto your Bench. If you do, put 3 damage counters on this Pokemon.
[P] Shrieking Circle: Put 2 damage counters on your opponent’s Active Pokemon for each of their Benched Pokemon.
Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-30)
Retreat: 2
This makes it unnecessary to run Gapejaw Bog and makes the deck a lot more consistent. Your Radiant is up to you for what you want but I've found that Hawlucha ends up just becoming a dead card in most cases since VMAXs aren't as popular. Starting off with Greninja is also a lot more manageable than with Hawlucha.
I am heavily considering running an Empoleon V in this deck purely for the LunaSol/Regi matchup and quite possibly a Drapion V from Lost Origins as well, I just might have trouble making room in the deck. Maybe try this out:
-1 Gengar, -1 Cyllene, -1 Gutsy Pickaxe, -2 Fighting Energy
+1 Empoleon V, +1 Drapion V, +1 Peonia, +2 Water Energy
