I'm trying to develop a Porygon-Z Concept deck. The idea would be to de-evolve a stage 2 Pokemon, then attack with Power Beam. I feel like a typical basic Pokemon won't have more than 130 hp. Pokemon V and EX can be taken care of with Mimikyu. Arven helps acquire a panic mask or any other item card. Calamitus wasteland helps prevent retreat for the card when they become basic. I want the deck to be standard. Any suggestions are welcome! I will be updating the list regularly after experimenting with the "test deck" in TCG Live. (I just added Chimecho to help find special energy. While testing, it felt difficult to acquire. I also added more draw cards).
