2024-2025 Rotation (F-H)
Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in.
Pokemon with attacks that require you and your opponent to have to same hand size are hard to work with due to needing to be played a certain way and relying on your opponent. I'm not even sure if this is a good build for it.
