Probably by far the most questionable list I made. Also, note that this list isn't better than the Joltik Box build but this was made to still utilize cards like the Magnezone Line.
Strategy: Basically, Pikachu ex can attack due to Crispin as it allows you to get energy onto it. It will do 300 Damage with Topaz Bolt but still falls short on knocking out Zard, Pult, Gardy, and other Stage 2's. That is why Defiance Band is here! However, if you dislike Defiance Band you can replace it for something else like Gravity Mountain. Iron Bundle helps force up Pokémon as usual and makes your Opponent suffer a bit in the process. Iron Hands ex has that very annoying attack Amp You Very Much and I don't think I need to explain this one helps deal with Single Prize decks and is great in the Early Game. The ACE SPEC of choice, Prime Catcher helps out pretty well as it allows you to gust up one of your Opponent's Pokémon and bring up one of yours to like finish off Zard with Hands. Also, Magneton can blow itself up and get the Energy back onto Pikachu for another Nuke! Miraidon's Photon Blaster can help near the end of the game to ensure a knockout or later on in a match when needed. Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex is the main Game Ending due to being able to attack for free if your Opponent has 1 Prize left. Now time for the questionable part of this deck, Lillie's Clefairy ex, it basically has the same attack as Raikou V but with a Psychic Energy instead of a Lightning Energy. If you don't like Lillie's Clefairy ex in this deck that's fine but it does help make matchups against Raging Bolt and Pult much easier and does do quite a lot of damage thanks to Area Zero Underdepths. Bravery Charm helps make any of your Pokémon excluding Magneton and Magnezone ex more tanky and can allow something like Clefairy ex survive a Phantom Dive. Going second with this deck is still a great idea. Also, more proof on why Lillie's Clefairy ex is decent in this deck is someone won 1st and 2nd Place in a City League in Japan. Another questionable part of this list is running 1 Joltik but that's due to the fact that Joltik Box's run 2 instead of 1 but this list plays 1 to just set up your Pokémon a lot more effectively and if it gets prized you can just use Redeemable Ticket. Anyways, feel free to make any changes or leave any suggestions!
Matchups:
Note that Miraidon's odds will be listed on the right side of the Backslash. (Example: 20/80) ((The 80 would be Miraidon's))
Charizard ex: Use Defiance Band in this matchup and try to Nuke Zard with Pikachu ex, Mew and Latias are free prizes for Zard. Besides that this deck can actually stand against Zard for one of the first times in a while. Overall odds for this matchup is 50/50. (Kind of hard to believe this but it's actually close this time for Miraidon).
Dragapult ex: Aim to go second as usual to prevent Budew from item-locking you. Try and get Lillie's Clefairy ex on the field as soon as you can as it's really important for this matchup. Do also set up Area Zero Underdepths and get Pika on the field to activate it to ensure the KO on Pult. However, if they have another Pult, put Bravery Charm onto Clefairy so it goes to 240 HP which survives a Phantom Dive and allows you to Full Moon Rondo it. Overall odds are a 45/55 instead of a 50/50. Lillie's Clefairy ex makes this matchup much easier.
Archaludon ex: If they're the Poison Box variant they're unable to Donk you unless you have Magnemite or Joltik only in the Active, this matchup is pretty easy as Iron Hands sweeps through the single prizes and Pikachu can one shot Archaludon later on in the game. Also, you don't need Lillie's Clefairy ex in either builds for this matchup due to it having Weakness to it. For the Hop's Zacian Build, try and use Pikachu to sweep through the Archaludon's and Hop's Zacian if you want too for some reason. Overall odds for the Poison Box are 45/55 and the Zacian build is about a 45/55 as well.
Gardevoir ex: The same strategy listed on the other Miraidon deck I made. Use Hands to sweep through the single prizes, though you can use Gravity Mountain to one shot Gardy by using Pika's Topaz Bolt. Overall odds are about a 25/75.
N's Zoroark ex: Target their bench to get rid of the attacks N's Zoroark wants to use. If you let them be able to attack it does make them a threat. Overall odds are about a 45/55.
Raging Bolt ex: Once this used to be a horrendous matchup for Miraidon (which it still could be), Miraidon now has some friends that can help deal with Raging Bolt. Lillie's Clefairy ex nukes Raging Bolt and Magnezone ex can help do quite a lot of damage with Enegy Crush. Pikachu may not be needed as an attacker unless they run ABEC but then again Pika will one shot Bolt either way. For the the Bellibolt build, you basically get free Lightning Energy as well but do the same thing I mentioned for the normal build. Besides that, use Pika's Topaz Bolt to one shot Iono's Bellibolt. Overall odds for both of the builds are 50/50.
Gholdengo ex: Pikachu's Topaz Bolt deals with Gholdengo, try and Amp you Very Much their Dunsparce's, Gimmighoul's, or even Munkidori earlier on. They will also most likely run Levincia however you can just take advantage of that too. If they run the Dragapult Build just use Lillie's Clefairy ex to deal with it, though, be careful as Gholdengo does have the advantage against Clefairy due to weakness. Overall odds for the Dudunsparce build is 45/55 and for the Pult build is a 50/50.
Wall Deck: Not much to say, it's just the same strategy as what I had mentioned on the other Miraidon Deck. Overall odds are still about a 45/55. Be careful against Mimikyu though and try to Boss's Orders around it.
Terabox: An interesting matchup, Hands does deal with Cornerstone pretty easily or Magnezone. Wellspring is basically fodder for them so just use Amp You Very Much it for 3 Prizes if they make a mistake and use it. Lillie's Clefairy ex may take advantage of your field as well but something like Miraidon, or Magnezone can deal with it quite easily, Teal Mask gets one shot by Bloodmoon, Zone, or Miraidon and Terapagos can be dealt with by something like Lillie's Clefairy. Overall odds are like a 45/55.
Terapagos ex: Forgot to mention this deck on my other Miraidon build but this is a pretty fun matchup. It can go either way so the overall matchup is a 50/50.
Feraligatr: As mentioned on the other Miraidon Deck, just a free matchup as you have the type advantage. Though, Mimikyu is kind of a threat but as I learnt, Mew ex can use Genome Hacking can just copy Mimikyu's Attack and just KO it instantly. Overall odds now are about a 20/80.
Froslass: Use Iron Hands to KO their Pokémon. Be careful with using ability Pokémon though. Overall odds are about a 35/65.
Koraidon ex: (This is just a matchup for the Koraidon List I made because why not). You will most likely never face this matchup however, it is quite a fun matchup, the Winged King VS. the Iron Serpent. This time around Lillie's Clefairy ex being here makes this matchup a lot more into Miraidon's favor, however, Koraidon ex does have a few cards like Sandy Shocks ex which has the type advantage agasint most of your Pokémon. Overall odds for this unlikely battle is a 50/50.
Edits:
Edit #1: Temporarily using Clefairy as a placeholder for Lillie's Clefairy ex so the deck can stay as standard until the website updates.
Edit #2: Just added the Koraidon matchup because why not.
Edit #3: Replaced Clefairy for Lillie's Clefairy ex.
Edit #4: Removed a Lightning Energy for a 2nd Psychic for better consistency.
Edit #5: Removed Bundle, 2 Lightning Energy, Gravity Mountain, and Sparkling Crystal. I do not like the fact I had to cut it down to 10 Lightning Energies but it did allow for these to be added: 1 more Area Zero Underdepths, Defiance Band, Redeemable Ticket, Super Rod, and Prime Catcher. These changes were suggested by @Emboar500.
Edit #6: Added Iron Bundle back in and removed Redeemable Ticket as it didn't help much and Bundle was far more useful.
Edit #7: Cut 4 Lightning Energy and 4 Electric Generator's. They have been replaced with 2 more Crispin's, 1 Joltik, Redeemable Ticket, 2nd Pikachu, 1 more Metal Energy, and 2 more Grass Energy. These changes occurred due to this deck being quite bad but it's still worse than the Joltik Box variant. The normal Miraidon builds will probably occur again when Zekrom ex releases in the upcoming B&W Set sometime in July.
