A fun and unique stall deck with a cool combo that's a bit tricky to pull off, but is super rewarding if pulled off correctly.
Start with Spiritomb in the active and bench as many Spiritomb and Robos as you can while you set up for the Upisde-Down Evolution combo. Use Path to slow down your opponent's draw while searching for needed cards with Spiritomb's Cursed Message, Jirachi's Entrusted Wishes, Computer Search, and Steven's Resolve.
Once you have the cards you need, utilize Robo's ability to discard itself at anytime and scoop up (or sacrifice) any Spiritomb you have remaining to bring Inkay to the active. Boss any Pokemon you wish, and then Yell Horn to confuse both active Pokemon, allowing you to search for a Malamar and evolve it immediately. Malamar's ability shut's off the opponent's ability to attack you, since durring their turn their confusion flip will result in a tails always. Malamar also has Theta Stop, which prevents gusting from abilities that would otherwise cripple this combo.
Despite not being able to attack you, your opponent can still retreat into another attacker, so I've added a few things to help mitigate that. Use Tool Jammers to shut off Float Stone and other similar Tools, and Galar Mines to make dead retreating a chore for your oppenent. Guzma is also a major pain point, so this deck utilises Omega Barrier Electrike to prevent Guzmas whiles still having a pokemon on your bench in case they end up KOing your Malamar. The biggest flaw with this deck, however, is that there is no counter to switching items such as Switch, Escape Rope, etc., so depending on what your opponent has, you may have to do the combo several times to win.
