This deck is very consistent. The strategy: Quick set up, Quick attacks, lower damage. It takes you 2 turns to knock out a VMAX but they only take 1 prize card when they knock out Jumpluff, so this deck can keep up with those types of decks, as long as you keep on attacking every turn. (When Jumpluff gets knocked out it is very easy to set up another Jumpluff on the same turn)
