Pokemon Card Game Japanese revealed another card from their upcoming new set SV10 ‘The Glory of Team Rocket’, which will be released on April 18, 2024. This set will feature Team Rocket’s Pokemon and some of the company’s higher ups including Giovanni. Several sources have anticipated this set as it has been so long since Pokemon have had any Team Rocket or villain’s set. This set will have 98 cards before secret rares.

Ability - Darkest Impulse
When your opponent plays a Pokémon from their hand to evolve 1 of their Pokémon during their turn, put 4 damage counters on that Pokémon. The effect of Darkest Impulse doesn’t stack.
