Pokemon Card Game Japan revealed multiple shiny cards including Squawkabilly ex, Baxcalibur, Hawlucha, and many more. This is their annual high-class pack so you may want to pre-order it quickly because it may go up in prices! In this set, Pokemon will include cards from previous set with their shiny artwork and so far, all of the Paldean starters' evolution lines already have their Shiny artwork revealed and also Charizard ex from ‘Ruler of the Black Flame’. This set will be released on December 1, 2023, with a price tag of 550 yen/booster pack where you will get 10 cards inside.

Here is the detail of the newly revealed cards:

Squawkabilly ex (Paldea Evolved)

Ability - Squawk and Seize

Once during your first turn, you may discard your hand and draw 6 cards. You can't use more than 1 Squawk and Seize Ability during your turn.

C - Motivate 20

Attach up to 2 Basic Energy cards from your discard pile to 1 of your Benched Pokémon.

Baxcalibur (Paldea Evolved)

Ability - Super Cold

As often as you like during your turn, you may attach a Basic Water Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon.

WWC - 130

Luxray (Paldea Evolved)

Ability - Swelling Flash

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in your hand and you have more Prize cards remaining than your opponent, you may put this Pokémon onto your Bench.

LCC - 180

This Pokémon also does 20 damage to itself.

Spiritomb (Paldea Evolved)

Ability - Fettered in Misfortune

Basic Pokémon V in play (both yours and your opponent's) have no Abilities.

C - Fade Out 10

Put this Pokémon and all attached cards into your hand.

Mimikyu (Paldea Evolved)

Ability - Safeguard

Prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks from your opponent's Pokémon ex and Pokémon V.

PC - Ghost Eye

Put 7 damage counters on your opponent's Active Pokémon.

Hawlucha (Scarlet & Violet)

Ability - Flying Entry

When you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench during your turn, you may choose 2 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon and put 1 damage counter on each of them

Ability - Transformative Start

Once during your first turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may search your deck and choose a Basic Pokémon you find there, except any Ditto. If you do, discard this Pokémon and all attached cards, and put the chosen Pokémon in its place. Then, shuffle your deck.

What do you guys think of these cards? I think this is a great chance to improve your staple cards because some of these cards are pretty much a must-have in some decks. It also gives your deck more ‘bling-bling’ from their shiny artwork. It may also boost your luck too!
