Pokemon Card Game Japan revealed their new upcoming product named Scarlet & Violet ex Start Deck which features various Pokemon ex on their Champions League 2023 Niigata Livestream. These products will be released on July 7, 2023, with a price tag of 550 yen each. Pokemon Card Game Japan also revealed the Pokemon ex cards list that will be included in the Start Deck, which is:

Besides the pre-determined ex cards, Pokemon Card Game Japan also revealed that there will be a randomized ex Start Deck where you can get 1 of the 8 Pokemon ex or another 2 hidden Pokemon ex that have yet to be revealed.

You also get the chance to obtain a mini item case if you buy both the ex Start Deck and the Random ex Start Deck where you can store your damage counters and various markers.

What do you guys think of these products? It is quite sad that the ex Pokemon are not as strong as we expected. However, Decidueye ex and Clefable ex seem to have an interesting ability that can be paired with other Pokemon to make unique gameplays. I also hope that the 2 mysterious Pokemon ex live up to their hype.
