Pokemon revealed 2 new cards from the upcoming set SV3a ‘Raging Surf’ which will be released on September 22, 2023, at 180 yen/booster pack. This set will only have 62 cards featuring Garchomp ex with Water Tera-type and Froslass ex with Grass Tera-type. This time, Pokemon revealed Rika Special Art Rare card and Cyclizar Art Rare card. Pokemon also revealed the pull rate of this set where it seems to be the regular pull rate of 1 High Rarity cards, 3 Art Rare cards, and 4 Pokemon ex cards. Here is the pull from today's video:

What do you guys think of these cards? I think Pokemon really stepped up their game starting from this set because it seems quite obvious they are trying to increase the quality of their artwork. I really hope we get to see more beautiful cards from this set and upcoming sets.
