Pokemon officially revealed Persian and Rhydon evolution line as part of the upcoming SV2a ‘Pokemon Card 151’ set. Some sources have also leaked Vulpix and Lapras that will come in this set too. This set will be released in Japan on June 16, 2023, with 165 cards in the set before Art Rare, Super Art Rare, and so on, and will cost 290 yen per booster pack but with 7 cards inside

With the release of this set, Pokémon debuted several new Pokémon ex, including Mew ex, Alakazam ex, and the original Kanto starters, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. Additionally, as each card number corresponds to the number on their Pokedex, we are likely to see every Generation 1 Pokémon here.

Here are the details for each card that has been revealed today:

If you are on a PC, you can try to Right-Click the Image and choose 'Open Image in New Tab' for the bigger picture.

FC - Smash Down 30

FFC - Charismatic Drill 40+

If you played Giovanni’s Charisma from your hand during this turn, this attack does 140 more damage.

FC - Push Down 20

Your opponent switches their Active Pokémon with 1 of their Benched Pokémon.

FFC Rock Smash 70

Ability - Rocket Call

Once during your turn, you may search your deck for a Giovanni’s Charisma card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

CCC - Slash 70

C - Beckoning Cat

Flip a coin. If heads, switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon.

CC - Dig Claws 20

RC - Singe 20

Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent’s Active Pokémon is now Burned.

W - Shell Transport

Search your deck for up to 2 Pokémon, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

WCC - Aqua Edge 90

What do you guys think of these cards? I think Rhydon has great damage potential for a single-prize Pokemon. However, its attack cost and its requirement are too hard to achieve. On the other hand, Persian can be a great Pokemon for control decks because of its ability.
