Pokemon Card Game Japan reveal Regidrago VSTAR and Regieleki VMAX as part of the upcoming S12 Paradigm Trigger set. They also reveal Omastar V and Dragonite evoline. This set will be released on October 21, 2022, at the price of 165 JPY per Booster Pack (tax included).
This set will be having 98 cards before SR, HR, UR, etc.
So far, there are several cards that have been revealed including Lugia VSTAR.

Regidrago VSTAR
GGR - Dragon Vision
Choose 1 of the attacks of any Dragon Pokémon in your discard pile, and use it as this attack.
[VSTAR Power] Ability - Legacy Star
During your turn, you can Discard the top 7 cards of your deck, then add any 2 cards from your Discard Pile to your hand. (You can’t use more than 1 VSTAR Power in a game.)

C - Heavenly Scream
Discard the top 3 cards of your deck, then attach any Energy that was discarded to this Pokemon.
GGR - Dragon Laser 130
This attack does 60 damage to 1 of your opponent's Bench Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Bench Pokemon.)
Regieleki VMAX
Ability - Transistor
Your Basic Lightning Pokemon's attacks deal 30 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokemon.
LCC - Max Raiden 220
During your next turn, this Pokemon can’t attack.
Regieleki V
L - Switch Bolt 30
Switch this Pokemon with 1 of your Bench Pokemon.
LCC - Lightning Wall 100
During your opponent's next turn, this Pokemon receives 100 less damage from attacks.
Omastar V
C - Primordial Guidance
Place 2 Pokemon that evolve from a "Fossil" Item, from your Deck on to your Bench.
WCC - Tentacle Bind 110
During your opponent's next turn, the Evolution Pokemon that received this attack, cannot attack.
Dragonite
CCC - Dragon Claw 80
WLCC - Energy Hurricane 180
Attach 3 Basic Energy from your Deck to your Pokemon in any way you like. Then, shuffle your deck.
Dragonair
CC - Wrap 30
WLC - Thunder 80
Dratini
CC - Slam 30x
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 damage for each heads.
Armaldo
C - Reaping Claws
If your opponent's Active Pokémon has 100HP or less, that Pokémon is Knocked Out.
FFC - Rock Smash 160
Anorith
CC - Fossil Drop 30+
You can discard 1 "Unidentified Fossil". If you do, this attack does 120 more damage.
Relicanth
C - Fossil Expedition
Shuffle up to 4 "Unidentified Fossil" and/or "Rare Fossil" from your Discard Pile into your deck.
WC - Water Pulse 30
Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Asleep.
Lance
Supporter
Search your deck for up to 3 Dragon Pokémon, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
