Just now, Pokémon is presenting the new trailer of the upcoming Pokemon Video Game, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. In the trailer, there’s so much information that we can get such as new Pokémon, new Region, new Characters, and so on.
There’s also a pre-order bonus when you are purchasing a physical game of the Japanese version. The game will be released on November 18, 2022, and the Pre-Order season will start on August 4, 2022 (Japan). Digital pre-orders for the games are available on Nintendo eShop.
Here is the more detailed info:
Paldea Region
This is the new region that you will explore in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. In this region, you will be travelling alongside a Rotom Phone. There’s also a very different place that you will see in this game which is an outside Pokémon Center. You will also encounter some different Pokémon based on which game you are playing such as Larvitar and Stonjourner appear in Pokémon Scarlet, while Bagon and Eiscue appear in Pokémon Violet.
Koraidon and Miraidon New Form
The Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon were introduced in the previous trailer. Koraidon and Miraidon are mysterious creatures with significantly greater strength than normal Pokémon. These Pokémon can transform into different forms depending on what they're doing or the terrain they're travelling over.

Sprinting Build / Drive Mode: Players can ride Sprinting Build Koraidon or Drive Mode Miraidon to more easily navigate the vast Paldea territory.

Swimming Build / Aquatic Mode: By riding Swimming Build Koraidon or Aquatic Mode Miraidon, players will be able to jump into rivers, lakes, and bright oceans to approach the Pokémon that reside there or cross treacherous waters in a flash.

Gliding Build / Glide Mode: Players can glide to their target by jumping from mountains, towering cliffs, or lofty buildings.

Terastal Phenomenon
This phenomenon can only be found in the Paldea region, and it causes Pokémon to shimmer and glitter like diamonds.
When a Pokémon Terastallizes, a Tera Jewel appears as a crown over the Pokémon's head, and the Pokémon's body gleams like a cut gemstone.
Terastallization helps players to improve their battle strategy by enhancing the potency of any attacks that have the same type as their Pokémon's Tera Type. There are 18 types, which means there are innumerable Pokémon and Tera Type combinations.
Terastallize a Pokémon once every combat, and the metamorphosis lasts until the battle is over. To Terastallize a Pokémon, players will require a Tera Orb, which must be recharged after each use. Touching crystals brimming with Terastal energy or visiting a Pokémon Center will allow players to charge their Tera Orb.
Tera Raid Battles
Tera Raid Battles take place in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet when three other players band together to take on a Terastallized wild Pokémon. Trainers can use the Tera Raid Battle option to discover other players to join in a Tera Raid Battle, then choose to recruit allies or join someone else's raid. A Link Code must be set in order for a player to battle with friends they already know. This fighting system has a time restriction and allows players to keep attacking without having to wait for other Trainers to decide what to do.
Poké Portal & the Union Circle
Using the Poké Portal function in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, players can trade and battle with Trainers all across the world.

Trading: A Link Trade in the Poké Portal allows gamers to trade with a specific person. After selecting a Pokémon to trade, players will be able to trade with a random Trainer anywhere in the world via a Surprise Trade.

Battling: In the Poké Portal's Link Battle feature, users can engage in Pokémon battles with other Pokémon Trainers.
A player and up to three friends can also explore together in the same location thanks to the new Union Circle function added to the Poké Portal.
People of the Paldea Region
Clavell
He acts as the director of the academy and will teach the player many things about their school.
Jacq
Mr. Jacq is very knowledgeable about Pokémon biology and is the developer of the Pokédex app for the Rotom Phone. He’ll also be the player’s homeroom teacher.
Arven
Arven is an upperclassman at the academy. He’s good at cooking and is researching healthy recipes that can help Pokémon feel better.
Penny
Penny has a bit of a shy personality, and for some reason, she doesn’t seem to come to the academy very often.
Gym Leader of the Glaseado Gym, Grusha
Grusha used to be a professional snowboarder, but he is now the Gym Leader of the Glaseado Gym full time. He is an Ice-type specialist who has Cetitan as his partner.
New Pokémon
Fidough
Fidough’s skin has elastic qualities and is both firm and soft at the same time. When these Pokémon become excited, they intimidate their opponents by puffing up their bodies to appear bigger. Fidough ferments things in its vicinity using the yeast in its breath. The yeast is useful for cooking, so this Pokémon has been protected by people since long ago.
