The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo presented new information regarding the video games Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet today. Multiple story pathways, new features, new characters, and more Paldea-area Pokémon were announced. Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will be available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch system on November 18, 2022.
Here are the details for today's presentation:
Write Your Own Story!
Players are enrolled in a school that will organize an individual study project titled "A Treasure Hunt" in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. Three stories will be weaved throughout the player's travels as they travel through the vast Paldea region:

Victory Road: To gain Champion Rank, players will visit Gyms in various locales.

Path of Legends: Arven, an upperclassman, will accompany the player in pursuit of rare materials known as Herba Mystica.

Starfall Street: Players will face off against Team Star, a gang of misbehaving students.
These stories are set in an open environment filled with Pokémon and people to meet, allowing players to choose their own route and explore as they like.
Let’s Go! Feature
Players can take one Pokémon with them when walking about the Paldea region. When they have a Pokémon with them in the field, they can utilize the "Let's Go!" feature to send that Pokémon in the direction they specify. The Pokémon that the player sends out then picks up items in the area on its own and even engages in Auto Battles with nearby Pokémon.

Armarouge
Armarouge’s set of armor belonged to a distinguished warrior and is the source of the energy used for its Psychic-type moves. It also uses the psychic capabilities of this armor to control the fire energy within its body and unleash attacks.

Ceruledge
Ceruledge dons an old set of armor steeped in grudges and wields blades made of fire and ghost energy. In battle, these blades transform into great swords to increase Ceruledge’s power. Cuts from these great swords leave wounds from which life energy will flow.

Klawf
Klawf can rotate their protruding eyeballs to see everything around them, eliminating all their blind spots. They can latch upside down onto cliffs to ambush their prey from above, however, they eventually get dizzy from the blood rushing to their heads, so they cannot stay upside down for very long.
