Pokemon Card Game Japan just revealed another new set name ‘Triplet Beat’. This set is set to be released on March 10, 2023, with a price tag of 180 yen. This set will have 73 cards before SR, UR, etc. Inside these sets, you can find Meowscarada ex, Skeledirge ex, and Quaquaval ex along with their evoline.
In these sets, they will also have Art Rare (AR) and Special Art Rare (SAR) as it will be the new rarity norm starting from the Scarlet and Violet era.
So far, here are the cards that have been revealed that will be included in the new Triplet Beat set:
Meowscarada ex
Ability - Magic Bouquet
You must discard a Grass Energy card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may put 3 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.
CC - Rough Nails 100+
If your opponent's Active Pokémon already has any damage counters on it, this attack does 120 more damage.

Your opponent switch their Active Pokémon with 1 of their Benched Pokémon.

Discard an Energy from this Pokémon.

This attack does 10 more damage for each damage counter on this Pokémon.
WCC - Water Dive 120
This attack does 60 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Paldean Tauros (Fighting)
CC - Raging Horns 20+
This attack does 10 more damage for each damage counter on this Pokémon.
FFC - Combat Tackle 120
This Pokémon also does 30 damage to itself.

Choose 1 card from your hand and put it at the bottom of your deck. If you do, draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand.

Search your deck for up to 3 Basic Pokémon with 120 HP or less, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides every type of Energy but provides only 1 Energy at a time.
If the Pokémon this card is attached to has any other Special Energy cards attached, this card provides 1 Colorless Energy instead.

What do you guys think of the ‘Triplet Beat’ set? I think this is a great start for the ex-era following the ‘Scarlet ex’ and ‘Violet ex’ set. I hope we get to see more great cards in the following weeks.
