Pokemon Card Game Japan finally revealed the card list of all 3 Starter Set ex. As you may know, these products will be available on January 20, 2023, alongside the ‘Scarlet ex’ and ‘Violet ex’. In these products, you will be getting a 60-card deck that you can use straight to play. You will also be getting the evoline of the Paldean region, Meowscarada (Sprigatito), Skeledirge (Fuecoco), and Quaquaval (Quaxly), alongside their respective ex Pokemon pair, Lucario ex (Sprigatito), Ampharos ex (Skeledirge), and Mimikyu ex (Quaxly). Not only that, but you will also get a Pokemon coin and a promo pack which contains a random card out of 8 cards.

What do you guys think of these cards? I think out of all cards, Quaquaval seems to be the most interesting one here because of its ability. On the other hand, all of the ex Pokemon cards seem to be not too good because Mimikyu ex is just underpowered & has low HP, Lucario ex is not hitting anything unless it is weakness, and Ampharos ex is just too hard to set up because it is a Stage-2 Pokemon. However, I think Ampharos ex still has some chance to see some play because we still have the ‘Dynamotor’ Flaaffy. Let’s just see how these cards will perform in the format.
