Pokemon Card Game Japan has officially revealed the Irida Special Art Rare and Adaman Special Art Rare (SAR) from the upcoming set S12a VSTAR Universe. They revealed these cards as part of the release campaign. This set will be released on December 2, 2022, with the price of 550 yen per booster pack. Among the set, there will be Hatterene VMAX, Regigigas VSTAR, Simisear VSTAR, and Radiant Eternatus.
This set also introduces 2 new rarities, Art Rare and Special Art Rare which are similar to Character Rare and Character Super Rare.
Here are the newly revealed cards:
Irida SAR
Supporter
Search your deck for a Water Pokémon and an Item card, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
Adaman SAR
Supporter
You can use this card only if you discard 2 Metal Energy cards from your hand. Search your deck for up to 2 cards and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.
What do you guys think of these cards? I think Irida SAR can be a great addition for the Kyurem VMAX or Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR deck. This card can also be your option if you can't find the regular Full-Art Irida. Let's just hope that the other AR and SAR cards exceeds our expectations.
