Pokemon has organized another Tera Raid Fight featuring Chesnaught. Chesnaught will appear in a 7-star Tera Raid Fight. This event will take place in both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet from May 12 to May 15, 2023, and another period on May 19 to May 22, 2023. In this Tera Raid Fight, you will face a Rock Tera-type Chesnaught with the Mightiest Mark. Please keep in mind that you can only get one Chesnaught per save file and Chesnaught is not spawned in the normal game. Nevertheless, if you've already caught it, you can still participate in the event and get other benefits.
Tera Raid Battle is a new type of battle introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet for those who are unaware. You will fight alongside three other Trainers to defeat a wild Tera Pokemon, which will remain Terastallized until you deliver enough damage to it.

What do you guys think of this event? Chesnaught can be a great addition to your team if you lack a Grass-type attacker and its Rock Tera-type can also be useful in some matchups too. However, I don’t think Chesnaught will get its greatest attention here because it may be one of the least favorite starter Pokemon. But hey, at least it may be useful.
