Pokemon Card Game Japan just revealed Bibarel Art Rare from the upcoming VSTAR Universe set. This set will be released on December 2, 2022, at the price of 550 yen per booster pack. This set will be mostly reprints from the previous set but with different artwork or get an Art Rare or Special Art Rare print.

What do you guys think of this card? I think this can be a great chance to have a nice Bibarel card for your draw engine because the Inteleon engine is almost rotating out from the format.
