Pokemon Card Game Japan just revealed 3 new cards from the upcoming set S9 ‘Star Birth’ in their YouTube Shorts. 

The set will be released on January 14, 2022, and will be priced at 4950 Yen per box. It will be featuring a new mechanic, VSTAR Power that is similar to GX attack. The booster box will contain 30 Booster Packs. The set will be having 100 cards before SR, HR, etc.

Flip a coin, if heads, during the next turn this Pokemon receives no damage from your opponent's Pokemon's attacks and effects.

Add up to 2 Item cards from your Discard Pile to your hand.

WC - Water Gun 60

Tornadus

Ability - Chance Cyclone

Once per turn, when you play this card from your hand to onto your Bench, you may have your opponent switch their Active Pokemon with 1 of their Benched Pokemon (they choose). 

CCC - Blast Wind 100

What do you guys think? Tornadus’s ability is somewhat similar to Phione, but I don’t think that it can be a good card because you don’t recycle Tornadus back to the deck.
